Insurance and Billing
Eye Surgery and Laser Center accepts most major insurances. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage is between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

I thought that they Eye Specialists in Winter Haven is a well-oiled machine They have their act together everything is pre-planned very well They took precautions for c o v i d and I thank them very much for that I feel that the attention to the patient is the first priority to those individuals and they were very nice and very pleasant. They have many physicians there that can provide input and do the surgeries and I think they're about the best you could find. I would highly recommend this to anyone who requires eye surgery or general ophthalmic care
